管理培訓生 Management Trainee

主要工作職責(Main Responsibilities / Job Description)：

Learn and obtain basic knowledge in different BUs in/outside operations during rotation;

通過輪崗學習，熟悉與營運相關的各職能部門的運作模式及基礎知識。

As a staff in retail stores to better understand store operation system for at least 3-6 months

至少作為零售店鋪成員工作3-6個月，以更好的理解品牌運作營運體系

Assist the management with routine operations work including but not restricted to target setting, performance review, meeting memo drafting, operations manual updating and etc.

協助管理日常營運工作，包括但不僅限于指标設定，,績效考核,會議策劃，營運操作手冊更新等

Be willing to travel in China and oversea for store visit, business meeting and other relevant purpose if necessary

樂于接受巡視國内外店鋪，參加區域會議或者其他相關的出差任務。

任職資格 (Requirements):

Bachelor degree or above, oversea education background preferred. Major in luxury management, marketing, management or finance is preferred

本科以上學曆,海外教育背景者優先；奢侈品管理、市場營銷管理或金融專業者優先

Retail related internship or experience is preferred

有相關零售實習、工作經驗者優先

Good command of English and Mandarin;

優秀的中英文表達能力

High integrity, honesty and commitment

誠實守信，熱情善良，忠誠度高

Strong analytical skill, fashion and logical sense

具有良好的分析能力和邏輯思維以及時尚嗅覺

Passionate and energetic for fast-fashion and retail;

對零售工作充滿激情

Customer service initiative and responsible;

有良好服務意識，責任心強

Good team player and communication skill.

極具團隊合作精神和良好的溝通技巧

多種發展渠道，日後有機會選着在上海、武漢、南京、杭州、常州等全國各大城市工作。
